alan moore: portrait book sells out

The charity tribute book, Alan Moore: Portrait of an Extraordinary Gentleman, originally published in May 2003 by Abiogenesis Press has sold out of its second printing. The first printing sold out quickly and a second, corrected printing was made available in November 2003.

The book, co-published with Black Velvet Editrice of Italy and edited by smoky man and Gary Spencer Millidge raised over $36,000 for Alzheimer's charities.

Abiogenesis Press has no plans to reprint the English language edition, which has sold out at both publisher level and distributor level. It should now be considered out of print and is sure to become a valuable collector's item.
