  Terms & Conditions
  All sales are final and non-refundable, except at the discretion of Abiogenesis Press. However, we aim to please, so please contact us if you are not happy with any aspect of your order and we will do what we can to help.

Late or Non-Arrival of Order
Every effort is made to ensure that your order is dealt with in a timely fashion. Online customers should recieve an email informing them of date of despatch wherever possible.
Please allow 14 days (for US & UK orders) or 21 days (for foreign orders) before assuming something has gone wrong. If you still have not received your order after that time has elapsed, please contact us.

Mail Damage
In the event of your order arriving damaged due to the mail service, please contact your local postal delivery office who should be able to advise you regarding compensation.

Returns
All orders are checked carefully and packed securely prior to shipping. Should you not be happy with the condition or quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us to discuss possible replacement.
If the item is faulty, or if you have received the wrong item, we will be happy to replace it free of charge, but please contact us prior to returning any item.

Subscriptions
If you subscribe to any of our publications, please remember to advise us of any change of address as soon as possible. Abiogenesis Press cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items if we are not informed promptly.
