Shipping
All stock ships from Abiogenesis HQ here in the UK. We ship worldwide. We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically within a couple of days, but as we’re a very small team, dispatch times vary and may take up to a week. If you have requested your purchases to be signed, it may take a little longer.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If an expected delivery fails to arrive by then, please contact us within a further 28 days for the matter to be addressed.
Please note that international shipping charges in particular have increased dramatically over the past few years. We endeavour to keep delivery charges as low as possible and try to offer a choice of different shipping options on most items. Shipping rates are calculated by the size and weight of your entire order. You can view the total shipping cost of your order on the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages once you have entered your shipping address.
During checkout you will be required to select your preferred shipping service. Please read the descriptions of the Shipping Options at the bottom of the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages carefully. Expected delivery times can vary greatly for international orders depending on which service is selected.
Please also note that international orders (for delivery outside the UK) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying these fees and we cannot verify what they will be prior to shipping.
Packaging
Wherever possible, we use recycled, recyclable, degradable and/or compostable packaging. We may use clean, undamaged, previously-used packaging materials to minimise waste.
Our priority is to ensure that your purchases arrive in top condition, despite the potential ravages of the postal system. Most items will be sent flat, protected by plastic bags, paper and corrugated cardboard. Art prints may be sent rolled in a sturdy mailing tube.
