Strangehaven has been nominated for a 2003 Ignatz Award in the Outstanding Series category.
The awards are presented annually at the SPX Expo in Bethesda Maryland, with this year’s event being held on 5 – 7 September. The Ignatz is a festival prize with nominations made by a specially selected panel of cartoonists and the final vote being made by the SPX attendees over the course of the show.
The other nominees in the same category include Black Hole by Charles Burns, Fred the Clown by Roger Langridge, Fuzz and Pluck in Splittsville by Ted Stearn and Patty Cake by Scott Roberts.
